What we do with what you send us.

This site has one form, on the partners page. This notice covers what happens to the details you put in it, and what does not happen to them.

Last updated 26 August 2026

Who we are

Humanoid London is operated by [TBC]. The registered address is [TBC]. Until the entity is incorporated, those read as [TBC], and this notice is updated the day they are settled.

What we collect

Only what you type into the partner enquiry form: your company, your name, your work email, a short description of your machine, what you want from London, and an optional note. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no other form on the site.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use those details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to carry on that conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach you chose to make. We keep the enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and delete it when it is clear nothing is going to come of it.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email provider acting as our processor. Sending the message passes it through their systems so it can reach us. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to any manufacturer on the floor or to any other third party for their own use.

No tracking, no cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or profiling scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so rendering the page does not hand your address to a third party. If we ever turn on privacy-first, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you, this notice is updated first and no personal data is collected by it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.

How to reach us

A dedicated contact address for data requests is set up with the entity and published here [TBC]. Until then, send any request through the enquiry form on the partners page and mark it for the attention of privacy.
